Luxembourg’s NEOS Space Campus Begins Construction with a €196 Million Project Budget

On 26 October, Luxembourg officially launched construction of the NEOS space campus in Kockelscheuer, designed to bring together space-sector businesses, research facilities and start-up spaces. The overall project is reported at approximately €196 million and is expected to open in late 2027; this is a campus development budget, not a dedicated venture-capital fund or confirmed investment in individual start-ups. Start-ups and investors can explore market analytics, financial forecasting and scalable computing infrastructure, while HPC can support data-intensive product development.
